Day 1

• Online Live Session: Touchpoint Orchestration & Cash Desk Functions (One Day in a Store)
• Introduction to Training Material, Local Lab Installation and Partner Portal
• Setup Local Lab incl. Remote Support

Day 2

• Remote Support on Request for Local Lab Setup 7AM and 12AM UTC -4 
• Video & task package: Store Manager 

Day 3

• Daily Q&A Session incl. Summary 2nd Training Day
• Video & task package: Menu Editor, Translation, Receipt Configuration and Peripheral Devices 

Day 4

• Daily Q&A Session incl. Summary 3rd Training Day
• Video & task package: User Management, Authorization and Barcode Rule Configuration

Day 5

• Daily Q&A Session incl. Summary 4th Training Day
• Video & task package: Data Container Handling (Tender and Reason), Launchpad Configuration and 
• POS Server Reports & Search Functions

Day 6

• Daily Q&A Session incl. Summary 7th Training Day
• Video & task package:, Cash Cycle Functions and Master Data & Data Transfer

Day 7

• Live Q&A Session incl. Summary 6th Training Day
• Online Certification Test

• Online Live Session - Introduction
  At the beginning of the training there will be an introduction session. The trainer and trainees can introduce themselves and the trainer will present training schedule and explain the procedure. The duration is about 30 minutes.

• Online Live Session - Special Topics
  Esp. the GK Produkt Overview as well as expert topics are provided as a live session. The duration is maximum 2,5 hours.

• Video & Task package for each topic 
  The trainees will get a study package for each topic (pdf slides and practical examples in the system.) The trainees can review the set of videos that belong logically to the one topic. Afterwards they have the chance to practice the exercises based on the task package provided by the trainer.
  The duration is maximum 2,5 hours. 

• Daily Online Q&A sessions
  The online Q&A session is scheduled on daily base. The trainer can answer open questions of the respective topics in the study package. Furthermore they can talk about the task packages and clarify or repeat special parts of the tasks.
  The duration is maximum 1,5 hours.

The schedule of the training is individually planned with respect to time zone differences. The training T2AOnl SAP Omnichannel POS by GK can have a duration between 6 and 10 working days, depending on the trainees demand. Videos and Online Live sessions verify depending on time zone.
