T1 – Basic Function Overview
The trainees get a demo of the GK Solution Portfolio incl. an intro to the GK cloud architecture. The focus depends on the project scope. Trainees will get a demo of service and administrative functions hosted at the GK Launchpad incl. the central configuration tool GK Enterprise Storemanager. The focus of the Training is to prepare the trainees for Project Workshops which reflects the specific project solution and processes.

T2AOnl – SAP Omnichannel POS by GK – Basic
The trainees get an overview of the GK Solution Portfolio incl. an intro to the GK cloud architecture. Trainees will be enabled to handle service and administrative functions hosted at the GK Launchpad incl. a demo of the central configuration tool GK Enterprise Storemanager. The focus of the training is on the configuration of checkout and financial processes provided by SAP Omnichannel POS by GK in a cloud environment. Remark: T2AOnl incl. the content of the training block “T1 – Basic Function Overview”.

T2B SAP Omnichannel POS by GK - PreSales
The trainees will be enabled to prepare and run a standard customer engagement. The main goal is to understand “how to sell” the GK solution. The training agenda includes the GK Solution Portfolio, the GK cloud architecture as well the GK value proposition. The practical focus of the training is on the usage of the GK Demo Cloud environment incl. selected configuration use cases. Overall, the training will enable the trainees to market the GK solution to potential customers.

The participants get a basic overview of the used GK products and the technical architecture for this solution. They become familiar with the Store Inventory Management (SIM) processes and their basic configuration options.
